Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem

Japan presented the “Sunrise” order to former Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem on April 29, according to the Japanese embassy in Hanoi.

Pham Gia Khiem created a firm foundation for the development of a strategic partnership between Japan and Vietnam during his years as Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister and made great contributions to promoting the relationship.

An official awards ceremony will be held this June in Hanoi.
