The PM has assigned the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to approve the amended agreement and build up a realization plan.
The project aims to effectively manage production forests and preserve biodiversity in some special-purpose forests in a sustainable way, to help poverty reduction and environment protection.
The project will also grant forest certificates to some 10,000 ha of forest planted by local households.
