Painting exhibition of Russian artist at HCMC Fine Arts Museum

A painting exhibition featuring 120 art works by Russian painter Boris Simionovich Iliukhin will be on display at the Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Museum from May 8-17.

Exhibits in oil and watercolors of landscapes, still life and portraits of war heroes, scientists and artists are on display.

The exhibition marks the 67th anniversary of victory over fascism.

In addition, painter Vinh Phoi, former deputy head of Hue Art University, presented to the public 50 art works in oil and watercolors and sculpture pieces at the museum on May 6. The show will last until May 15.
