PANO – 77 outstanding press photos of 43 amateur and professional photographers are being displayed at a photo exhibition, “Press outlook”, opened on July 3^rd in Hanoi by Press Photo Club, under Vietnam Journalists Association.

The displayed photos were carefully selected from 605 photos and 9 sets of photos of 99 members of the Club. The organizing panel gave awards to 10 best photos and decided to introduce most outstanding works, reflecting the variety and the changes of people’s daily life, to photo lovers.

Mr. Bui Dinh Khoi, former Director of the Club said that quality of press photos this year is good. However, because participants of the Club are mainly from Northern provinces, photos just reflect the life of Northern people, but Central and Southern people.

Participating photographers hoped that in coming time there will be many good photos, reflecting the colorful life of people nationwide and every aspects of life, making contribution to the development of press photos.
