HCMC – Vietnam Renewable Energy Joint Stock Company (REVN) on Wednesday started operating 20 turbines of its wind power plant with a capacity of 30MW in Binh Thuan Province’s Tuy Phong District, said the provincial Department of Industry and Trade.
